Refunds and Returns Policy

Due to limited workshop places, Schoolhouse Farm generally provides credits rather than refunds for workshop cancellations. We recognise that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and requests for a refund may be considered upon application at our discretion.

If you cancel more than 48 hours before the workshop, we will provide a credit equal to your booking fee, which may be used towards a future workshop or other Schoolhouse Farm products. Alternatively, you may transfer your place to a friend. Cancellations must be made by phone (0419 033 045) or email (info@schoolhousefarm.com.au).

If you cancel within 48 hours of the workshop or do not attend, your booking fee will be forfeited and no refund or credit will be provided.

If Schoolhouse Farm cancels a workshop, participants will be offered either a full refund or a credit towards a future workshop or other Schoolhouse Farm product.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

By booking a workshop, you acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy.
